Indie Flicks in Myanmar

It is interesting to think about independent films, a.k.a indie flicks, in Myanmar. Are all films not independent in a way in Myanmar? No major entertainment corporation exists in a country like Myanmar, at least not one that produces full feature films. So what is independent film in Myanmar then?
